NVIDIA is transforming computer graphics, PC gaming, and accelerated computing and is now focused on driving the next era of computing through AI. The DGX Cloud DevRel organization is recruiting a customer-facing, technical leader to evangelize and grow the DGX Cloud Lepton platform ecosystem. This role engages with ISV partners and customers, participates in conferences and hackathons, and drives integrations and go-to-market efforts to increase developer adoption.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop ISV strategy with cross-functional teams (Product and Engineering); identify areas of collaboration and complementary technologies.
- Evangelize and engage with developers to encourage the use of the DGX Cloud Lepton platform; create developer-focused sales and marketing assets.
- Participate in customer conversations and information-gathering sessions; provide direction to product teams and identify/advocate for feature gaps.
- Develop and implement go-to-market efforts with strategic ISVs, including identifying lighthouse accounts and developing solution messaging.
- Build formal or informal programs to recruit and grow developer communities.
- Create success stories, demos for trade shows and developer conferences, and social/press assets to raise awareness with mutual customers and partners.
- Research technology and market trends; identify gaps and competitive threats.
- Host and support developer and customer evangelism events: meetups, hackathons, and speaking at industry events.
- Build effective technical partnerships across organizations; operate independently and know when to seek advice.
- Clearly communicate complex technical information to senior executives.
Requirements
- 12+ years of overall proven working experience in related fields such as Solutions Engineering, Developer Advocacy, or Software Engineering.
- Passion for ecosystem development and experience in customer-facing roles.
- Experience with AI model training and/or fine-tuning, and with inference workloads.
- Experience using various MLOps and/or AI lifecycle tools.
- Prior experience leading cross-functional teams.
- BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to be proactive and work with minimal supervision.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with experience working in a global environment.
Ways to stand out
- Direct experience and engagement with AI-focused open-source developer tools (examples given: Hugging Face, LangChain, Unsloth).
- Demonstrable examples of integration efforts that drove developer adoption and growth.
- Novel or active use of AI to increase productivity for yourself and your team.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary range (Level 5): 224,000 USD - 356,500 USD.
- Base salary range (Level 6): 272,000 USD - 425,500 USD.
- Eligible for equity and benefits.
