We are looking for a Senior Developer Relations Manager to drive strategic technical teamwork with leading Agentic AI companies building the next generation of autonomous agents. In this high-profile role, you will be an evangelist for NVIDIA’s accelerated computing and AI technologies—such as Nemotron, NeMo, Dynamo, and NIMs—helping top-tier developers use our state-of-the-art technology to build, train, and deploy complex agents. You will drive technical, product, and go-to-market engagement with strategic partners, playing a meaningful role in identifying product gaps and shaping our future roadmap by advocating for partners’ success.
Responsibilities
- Develop Agentic AI ecosystem strategy: define and implement the strategy to grow NVIDIA’s footprint within the Agentic AI and AI Native developer communities.
- Strategic partner engagement: work closely with leading AI Native companies to identify collaboration opportunities in accelerated computing and Agentic workflows.
- Technical enablement: drive technical engagement to support partners in building advanced agents, advising on architectures for training, inference, tool calling (function calling), retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), prompt/context engineering, and data processing pipelines.
- Product influence: collaborate with NVIDIA’s product and engineering teams to influence the roadmap for Nemotron, NeMo, NIMs, and other AI tools based on the specific needs and feedback of Agentic AI developers.
- Go-to-market & advocacy: collaborate with product, marketing, business development, and sales teams to advocate for partners’ solutions, showcase NVIDIA-enabled agentic applications, and drive joint GTM activities.
Requirements
- BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of relevant work experience in technical leadership, software development, or developer relations.
- Deep technical expertise in Agentic AI: proven understanding and hands-on experience in building autonomous agents, LLM training and fine-tuning, and orchestrating complex AI workflows.
- Advanced engineering skills: proficiency in data processing for AI, implementing tool calling/function calling capabilities, and advanced prompt/context engineering techniques.
- Excellent communication abilities and a collaborative attitude to work across internal teams and external partners.
- Strategic understanding of the Generative AI ecosystem, including key frameworks, model architectures, and the landscape of AI Native startups.
Ways to stand out
- Background with NVIDIA GPUs, SDKs, and platforms (specifically NeMo, Nemotron, NIM, Dynamo).
- Research background in LLMs and Agentic systems, specifically in areas like memory optimization (e.g., KV cache compression, long-context handling) and efficient inference for complex agent workflows.
- Hands-on experience with modern agentic frameworks (e.g., LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI) and orchestration layers.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary ranges provided by location/level: 184,000 USD - 287,500 USD for Level 4, and 224,000 USD - 356,500 USD for Level 5.
- Eligible for equity and benefits (link to NVIDIA benefits provided in the original posting).
