We are looking for a Developer Relations Manager - AI Platform SW, passionate about developing modern Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI applications with leading researchers and developers. The focus is on accelerating GenAI model training and inference across research and industry. This role will lead partnerships with developers within an AI software ecosystem, working with engineering, research, applications, and new initiatives. The Developer Relations Manager will build and drive engineering partnerships and strategies to integrate NVIDIA technologies throughout developer applications.

It is critical to build strategic partnerships with our software ecosystem partners and developer communities so they can build solutions our mutual customers require to operate nimbly in today's markets. The Developer Relations Manager is a high-profile role at NVIDIA as one of the world leaders in accelerated computing.
Responsibilities
- Drive technical, business, and marketing collaboration with NVIDIA platform software ecosystem partners for AI platform software.
- Define strategic engagements and lead existing and new collaborations to successful outcomes; evangelize those projects with developers and customers.
- Build relationships with partners (engineering, product management and marketing leads, executives) for inference and training frameworks, kernel and communication libraries; work with software companies and developer communities to drive adoption of NVIDIA platforms and solutions.
- Understand application workflows and architectural requirements to enable GPU-based workload acceleration; integrate NVIDIA acceleration libraries and runtimes into partners' applications while monitoring the competitive landscape.
- Drive technical engagement with partners to support partners’ technology, product, and solution development.
- Collaborate with NVIDIA and partner marketing leads to promote partners’ solutions and showcase use cases enabled by NVIDIA.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to capture partner requirements and prioritize engagements.
- Create strategic partnerships and build community by attending research conferences, hosting technical meetups, and engaging in industry events to showcase NVIDIA GPU-accelerated solutions.
Requirements
- BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of relevant working experience.
- Ability to manage new and existing technical and business alliances across multiple partner groups and peer NVIDIA teams.
- Proven understanding of the AI/ML software ecosystem and GPU acceleration libraries.
- Solid understanding of training and inference software stacks, emerging markets, key players, and competitors.
- Fundamentals of computer systems architectures (ISAs) including x86 and Arm.
- Excellent communication abilities and a collaborative attitude across engineering, sales, marketing, executives, external partners, customers, and content developers.
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
- Experience successfully building strategic partnerships and a versatile ISV ecosystem for accelerated computing in AI/ML.
- Background with NVIDIA products and SDKs such as Megatron, TensorRT LLM, CUTLASS, CUDA Toolkit, and experience in the Python ecosystem.
Benefits
- Base salary (range varies by level and location). The posting lists base salary ranges: $184,000 - $287,500 (Level 4) and $224,000 - $356,500 (Level 5).
- Eligible for equity and NVIDIA benefits.
