NVIDIA has been transforming computer graphics, PC gaming, and accelerated computing for more than 25 years. This role is a highly technical and strategic Senior Developer Relations Manager position focused on engaging developer ecosystems across emerging technology domains within financial services. The role works directly with GSIs, CSPs, software solution providers, developers, and industry professionals to champion adoption of NVIDIA's advanced AI and computing platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the trusted technical advisor, problem solver, and champion for the developer ecosystem in financial services, partnering cross-functionally to drive adoption of NVIDIA technologies.
  • Accelerate critical workloads by demonstrating solutions that integrate the core NVIDIA stack into developer products, platforms, and pipelines.
  • Advise on technical enablement resources such as sample code, guides, demonstration pipelines, and tools that highlight applications of technologies to real-world financial services problems.
  • Guide ecosystem leaders including GSIs, CSPs and other partners in adopting NVIDIA technologies, fostering co-innovation and next-generation financial services solutions.
  • Develop and showcase practical applications (sample code, technical guides, demonstration pipelines) illustrating NVIDIA technologies for challenges like fraud detection, predictive analytics, and recommendation systems.
  • Map, track, and monitor the developer ecosystem to identify growth opportunities, inform technology roadmaps, and shape adoption strategies.
  • Collaborate with solution architects, engineering, product management, and marketing to drive developer engagement and optimize partner adoption strategies.
  • Engage partner engineering teams, technical leaders, and decision-makers to identify goals, solve technical challenges, and promote standards for successful integrations.
  • Represent and advocate for partner technical needs and feedback to NVIDIA internal product and engineering teams, supplying actionable field insights to influence product roadmaps.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum of 10+ years of professional experience in the technology industry in software engineering, developer relations, or technical partnerships, including 5+ years of direct hands-on experience in financial services.
  • Proven experience leading, partnering, and scaling developer programs at major technology companies, financial services ISVs, or within relevant verticals.
  • Significant technical proficiency in financial services for high-performance computing, cloud, AI/ML, and/or vertical-specific frameworks and libraries.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to distill complex technical concepts for diverse technical and non-technical audiences (engineers to executives).
  • Experience leading technical collaborations with engineering and product teams, including architectural design, code reviews, technical mentorship, and delivering technical talks or workshops.
  • Proven track record structuring and implementing sophisticated technical engagements, negotiating requirements, prioritizing issues, and collaborating with internal or external customers (sales, legal, product, marketing as needed).

Ways to Stand Out

  • Hands-on experience building or optimizing vertical-specific solutions (e.g., fraud detection systems, customer service agents).
  • Familiarity with advanced computing, AI, and GPU acceleration platforms such as Dynamo-Triton, RAPIDS, NeMo, NIM.
  • Track record crafting and implementing systems for real-time processing and low-latency decision-making.
  • Successful history building and scaling developer communities and delivering impactful technical enablement programs.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary range: 184,000 USD - 287,500 USD (determined based on location, experience, and pay of employees in similar positions).
  • Eligible for equity and benefits.
