NVIDIA is at the forefront of the autonomous vehicle revolution, powering development with a cohesive, end-to-end platform consisting of three core pillars: NVIDIA DGX systems for massively parallel AI training in the data center; NVIDIA Omniverse on OVX systems for physically accurate simulation, synthetic data generation, and validation; and the NVIDIA DRIVE AGX in-vehicle computer for safe, real-time processing of sensor data. This role is a technical Senior Automotive Developer Relationship Manager responsible for technical engagement and driving adoption of NVIDIA's end-to-end automotive solutions as the primary technical liaison for the automotive developer ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary developer relations (DevRel) point of contact for strategic automotive partners (startups, OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers).
- Develop and communicate a detailed technical understanding of NVIDIA's pillars: DGX, Omniverse (OVX), DRIVE AGX, and NVIDIA AI Enterprise; prepare methodology guides, hands-on workshops, partner training, and executive briefings.
- Assist with early-access software integrations, provide hands-on support and debugging to ensure successful deployment and collect actionable feedback.
- Champion partner requirements, constraints, architectural patterns, and feature gaps to internal product and engineering teams; synthesize partner insights to contribute to product roadmap decisions.
- Manage partner organizations and build direct relationships with decision makers, influencers, champions, and executives to drive impactful decisions and alignment.
- Enable commercial discussions with ISV partners alongside NVIDIA Sales, Legal, and Product teams.
- Support product launches and go-to-market activities with partners and NVIDIA Marketing and Sales teams.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience at a major technology company building or driving integrations of software and SDKs into products.
- Advanced degree in a STEM field (Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related) or equivalent experience. MBA or proven experience is also considered.
- Experience leading and driving strategic partnerships with automotive companies with demonstrated results.
- Hands-on experience (as a software engineer or technical product manager) in one or more areas: enterprise-scale software development, data pipeline automation, full stack, AI model training, or synthetic data generation.
- Extraordinary interpersonal and communication skills; ability to articulate value propositions to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience structuring and negotiating sophisticated agreements and working with commercial and legal teams to complete agreements.
- Strong customer focus, discernment, and excellence when working with new technologies.
- Hands-on experience with C++, Python, CUDA, and deep learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow).
- Deep understanding of AI model development lifecycles: data pipelines, training, optimization, and deployment on edge devices.
Ways to stand out
- Experience with world foundational models and generative modeling techniques for Physical AI.
- Experience with GPU-based libraries, frameworks, tools, SDKs, and infrastructure for model training and inference.
- Experience with GPU-powered simulation platforms such as NVIDIA Omniverse, Unreal Engine, or Unity.
- Direct experience working on ADAS/AD software stacks (perception, sensor fusion, path planning) and knowledge of automotive standards such as ISO 26262.
- Strong understanding of the enterprise AI landscape and challenges autonomous vehicle developers face when adopting AI technologies at scale.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary range (location- and level-dependent):
- Level 4: 184,000 USD - 287,500 USD
- Level 5: 224,000 USD - 356,500 USD
- You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
