Details

NVIDIA is the leader in AI, machine learning and datacenter acceleration. NVIDIA is expanding that leadership into datacenter networking with ethernet switches, NICs and DPUs. NVIDIA has continuously reinvented itself over two decades. Our invention of the GPU in 1999 fueled the growth of the PC gaming market, redefined modern computer graphics, and revolutionized parallel computing. More recently, GPU deep learning ignited modern AI — the next era of computing. NVIDIA is a “learning machine” that constantly evolves by adapting to new opportunities that are hard to solve, that only we can tackle, and that matter to the world. This is our life’s work, to amplify human imagination and intelligence.

We are looking for a highly motivated and talented Senior DFT Infrastructure Engineer to join our DFX group to craft the next generation of scalable, systematic tools and workflows to enable various silicon bringup and failure analysis teams.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy internal infrastructure tools for ATE test vector release and fail analysis/diagnosis flows
  • Work closely with DFT, ATE bringup, and silicon FA teams
  • Create regression testcases to ensure flow robustness
  • Support silicon bringup teams to ensure bringup success
  • Develop code to integrate new features into current tools
  • Resolve tool bugs, check in and deploy fixes

Requirements

  • BS degree in Computer Science or related technical field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years of relevant experience
  • In-depth ATE knowledge (Advantest 93k knowledge strongly desired; Teradyne Ultraflex preferred)
  • Excellent Perl and Python scripting skills; C++ knowledge is nice to have
  • Proven track record of producing original scripts and code
  • Familiarity with SSN scan architecture and diagnostics flow
  • Ability to debug existing internal code bases and independently drive work
  • Collaborative mindset; able to work with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to use AI assistant tools

Ways to stand out

  • Proactively help other teams
  • Deliver high-quality tools consistently
  • Be detail-oriented when validating results
  • Communicate clearly and thoughtfully
  • Willingness to work on new solutions

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary ranges provided by location and level:
    • Level 3: 136,000 USD - 212,750 USD
    • Level 4: 168,000 USD - 264,500 USD
  • You will also be eligible for equity and benefits (see NVIDIA benefits page)
