NVIDIA is hiring a Director of Product Management β AI Infrastructure to lead development of AI infrastructure that powers applications from autonomous vehicles to advanced robotics. This role leads product strategy and execution for large-scale AI/ML and HPC platform products, focusing on model training, serving, orchestration, containerization, and GPU-based computing. The position emphasizes collaboration with engineering, research, marketing, senior leadership, and partners to define product roadmaps and deliver high-quality, high-performance infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of product managers to implement NVIDIA's AI infrastructure initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, research, and marketing to develop and deliver large-scale platform products and infrastructure.
- Determine market needs and define product roadmaps for AI/ML and HPC environments.
- Coordinate product development execution focusing on model training, serving, orchestration, containerization, and GPU-based computing.
- Employ expertise in distributed systems, resource schedulers, model parallelism, and performance optimization to inform technical decisions.
- Align product vision and strategy with senior leadership and partners.
- Ensure products meet high standards of quality and performance and continuously improve them based on customer feedback and market trends.
Requirements
- 15+ years overall in product management or infrastructure-focused technical leadership roles, with 5+ years managing and mentoring product teams.
- Demonstrated history of delivering large-scale platform products or infrastructure in cloud, AI/ML, or HPC environments.
- Strong technical background with experience in AI frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX) and ML toolchains.
- Familiarity with cloud-native infrastructure (Kubernetes, Docker, Helm) and hybrid cloud environments.
- Extensive expertise in distributed systems, resource schedulers, model parallelism, and performance optimization.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with ability to influence across engineering, marketing, and executive leadership.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Benefits and Compensation
- Base salary range: 340,000 USD - 517,500 USD (final salary determined based on location, experience, and pay of employees in similar positions).
