NVIDIA's deep learning platforms have made a major impact across academic institutions, start-ups, and industry leaders. This role focuses on system design, networking and customer engagement centered on deep learning, data science, and AI computing.
Responsibilities
- Act as a technical specialist for GPU and networking products supporting sales account managers
- Establish technical relationships with customers’ engineers, management, and architects
- Identify customer architectures and key product requirements in the CSP/OEM AI market
- Provide onsite hardware and software problem-solving support for deep learning inference
- Lead product support through design-in phase to end of life
- Create technical demos, hardware & software solutions, and example system designs
- Conduct technical and sales training for sales team and channel partners
- Maintain communication with internal teams
Requirements
- BS or MS in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in electronic industry system design or technical customer support roles
- Ability to work effectively in dynamic, evolving environments
- Strong multitasking, analytical, problem-solving, time-management, and communication skills
Ways to Stand Out
- ARM and NVIDIA GPU development experience
- Hands-on troubleshooting of Ethernet physical layer issues
- Embedded Linux system and APIs knowledge
- Experience with OEMs in industrial, military, ruggedized computing
- CPU and PCIe architecture knowledge
Salary and Benefits
- Base salary range: 132,000 USD - 253,000 USD, depending on location and experience
- Eligible for equity and benefits
