NVIDIA is seeking an exceptional Senior Financial Analyst to join the Software Engineering FP&A organization based out of the Santa Clara campus. This role provides high-caliber financial and business analysis to enable decision-making across Engineering and Marketing, with a focus on investment planning, forecasting, and process improvement within a fast-paced, high-tech environment.

Responsibilities

  • Build strong partnerships with Engineering and Marketing leaders supporting global investments (headcount, contractors, software and hardware infrastructure, tools, licenses) to ensure spending aligns with key objectives and initiatives.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the robotics industry and company strategy to analyze investments, identify cost-effective options, assess project priorities, and provide solutions.
  • Prepare forecasts for investments, headcount, operating and capital expenditures, and analyze quarterly variances to forecasts; identify associated risks and opportunities.
  • Establish efficient processes for monthly and quarterly close and performance reporting; implement practices for budget management and investment optimization.
  • Improve processes to increase accuracy and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, including analysis, forecasting, and modeling, preferably within global high-tech.
  • Strong analytical skills and advanced financial modeling; ability to build and convey business insight.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and listening skills for effective collaboration with Finance and Engineering leaders.
  • Ability to multi-task, work independently and in teams, and solve problems collectively.

Preferred / Ways to Stand Out

  • Solid business judgment; strategic thinking, hands-on, accurate, detail-oriented, results-driven.
  • Experience with SAP ECC, S4 and BPC, Power BI, and SQL.
  • Strong understanding of industry technology and market dynamics related to NVIDIA’s products and R&D.

Compensation & Other Details

  • Base salary ranges by level:
    • Level 3: 100,000 USD - 161,000 USD
    • Level 4: 124,000 USD - 195,500 USD
  • Eligible for equity and benefits.
  • Location: Santa Clara campus (United States).
