Responsibilities

  • Implement and maintain integrations with AI/ML ecosystems and standards for seamless functionality with popular frameworks and tools.
  • Design and develop AI-powered full stack features, from backend inference services to frontend interfaces within ClickHouse Cloud.
  • Create scalable APIs connecting ClickHouse database capabilities to AI/ML inference systems and external AI services.
  • Build responsive and intuitive user interfaces to make AI functionalities accessible to all users.
  • Collaborate with AI/ML teams to integrate models into production systems with monitoring, versioning, and observability.
  • Design and implement developer tools, SDKs, and documentation for leveraging AI/ML capabilities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years full-stack development experience, 2+ years with AI/ML technologies in production.
  • Strong frontend skills with TypeScript/JavaScript and React, especially in data-oriented interfaces and visualizations.
  • Backend development experience with Go, Python, or TypeScript focused on API and service architecture.
  • Experience integrating and deploying AI/ML models, inference APIs, and vector databases.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) focused on AI/ML services.
  • Understanding of database systems and data processing pipelines; ClickHouse experience is a plus.
  • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.
  • High ownership and ability to drive features from concept to production independently.
  • Effective communication in collaborative environments.

Compensation varies by location within the United States:

  • New York Area / San Francisco Area: $139,000 - $209,500 USD
  • Los Angeles, CA / Washington, DC: $125,000 - $188,550 USD
  • US Remote: $118,000 - $178,000 USD
