This role is a Senior Fullstack Product Engineer working remotely within the Americas. You will design, build, and ship core product experiences that customers rely on, owning features end-to-end and helping the team push boundaries on what great communication tools can do.
Responsibilities
- Build fullstack features using Go, React, and Ember that power key customer workflows
- Collaborate with product and engineering partners to turn ideas into shipped customer value
- Share knowledge and raise the bar via short videos, thoughtful writing, and mentorship
- Evolve systems to scale with more customers, messages, and use cases
- Leverage AI tools to prototype, move faster, and make better decisions
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience building and scaling backend services and product-facing features
- Fluency in TypeScript and React (or similar) and experience with a statically typed backend language such as Go
- Strong care for frontend polish, backend performance, and the overall customer experience
- Proficiency with APIs and relational databases
- Experience writing testable, performant code
- A bias for action and pride in owning technical decisions
Compensation & Benefits
- Starting salary: $150,000 - $200,000 USD (or equivalent in local currency), depending on experience and subject to market rate adjustment
