Responsibilities
- Craft and implement automation solutions for game performance testing to ensure efficient processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to research and improve existing infrastructure and automation tools.
- Develop and maintain tools and infrastructure for game automation.
- Work closely with engineers and developers to drive continuous improvement and innovation in processes.
Requirements
- B.S. degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of relevant work experience.
- Strong proficiency in Python.
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems.
- Good understanding of C++ development, particularly in game development and low-level programming.
- Ability to work autonomously and deliver projects that meet collaborator needs.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to solve sophisticated technical challenges.
Ways to stand out
- Expertise in Rust.
- Experience in game development-related math, especially linear algebra.
- Hands-on experience with closed system testing/debugging is a significant plus.

Additional information
- Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 148,000 USD - 235,750 USD.
- You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
