The Design Team is a dynamic, multidisciplinary group of product designers, web designers, UX researchers, UX writers, and graphic designers. We're building the future of digital freedom across our cybersecurity suite products, such as NordVPN, NordPass, NordProtect & Saily. As a Design Team, our main focus is to simplify the complex world of cybersecurity for everyone. We're looking for a creative, detail-oriented Senior-Level Graphic Designer to join our team and help further shape Nord Security products. If you're passionate about design, thrive in fast-paced environments, and love collaborating with a diverse team, keep reading.

Responsibilities

• Develop innovative and compelling design concepts for campaigns and top-tier marketing projects.
• Work with different Nord Security products.
• Design a variety of creative assets for different marketing channels: website, video, social media, blog, mobile marketing, etc.
• Partner with cross-functional teams — project managers, stakeholders, country managers, designers, copywriters, and design leaders — to bring ideas to life.
• Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and meet high quality standards.
• Stay on top of design trends, bringing fresh ideas to maintain a cutting-edge brand presence.
• Contribute to visual and creative direction by brainstorming, problem-solving, and pitching new concepts.
• Take ownership of projects: manage feedback, balance stakeholder needs, and deliver on time.
• Mentor and inspire other designers on the team, provide feedback, and foster a culture of creativity.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in marketing design within digital environments or creative agencies.
• Proficiency in Figma and the Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
• A passion for design with an eagle eye for detail.
• A collaborative mindset — thrive as part of a team, offering support and sharing ideas.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to explain and defend design decisions.
• Strong communication, prioritization, and ownership skills.
• Comfort in fast-paced environments where adaptability is key.
• Excellent written and verbal English.

What Will Make You Stand Out

• Experience in working with and enhancing photographs, including photo editing and compositing.
• Experience producing high-quality illustrations to complement visual storytelling.
• Familiarity with integrating AI image generative tools into your creative process.
• Understanding of 3D visualization to push the boundaries of visuals.
