Growth Marketing at Airbnb is at the intersection of marketing, data and technology. We are looking for a Senior Growth Marketing Manager supporting our Search Program. The ideal candidate is energetic and a self starter willing to dig in and own the foundations of our program. You can ramp up quickly and work effectively with little oversight and prioritize and manage your own work, clearly tying it to the goals of the larger team, and the business as a whole.

This Senior Growth Marketing Manager will report to the Growth Marketing Lead and be based remotely. They will be responsible for leading their regional campaigns and full-scale SEM initiatives from concept to completion, helping to raise the bar of expertise in our team.

Responsibilities

• Own the optimization and management of paid search programs across Google and Bing for your region, including structure & targeting improvements, keyword expansion, landing page testing, and improvement of bid management processes.
• Develop an effective optimization process to quickly identify and respond to changes in performance.
• Proactively find new opportunities for growth and efficiency gains.
• Pull and analyze reports to extract insights and transform those insights into actionable changes that will accelerate performance.
• Research and leverage SEM industry trends and competitive analysis to inform marketing strategies.
• Coordinate closely with teammates, sharing learnings regularly and applying proven tactics across the SEM program.
• Communicate with the Growth Marketing Leadership Team — sharing performance, insights and new opportunities.
• Work closely with regional partners to fully support regional goals.

Requirements / Expertise

• 8+ years of relevant experience working on an in-house growth marketing team.
• Proficiency with SQL and Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, modeling).
• A proven track record of owning end-to-end SEM management across platforms (Google, Bing).
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to connect data to outcomes and strategic direction.
• Experience with landing page testing and bid management processes.
• Ability to research industry trends and perform competitive analysis to inform strategy.
• Collaborative approach, strong written and verbal communication skills, organized with strong attention to detail.

Location & Work Arrangement

• This position is US - Remote Eligible and is based remotely. The role may include occasional work at an Airbnb office or attendance at offsites, as agreed with your manager.

Compensation

• Base pay range: $139,000—$163,000 USD.
• This role may also be eligible for bonus, equity, benefits, and Employee Travel Credits. The actual base pay is dependent on factors such as training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands.
