Grafana Labs is a remote-first, open-source company serving millions of users worldwide. The GTM Tools and Tech team is seeking a Senior Salesforce Administrator to drive scalability and efficiency across our Salesforce ecosystem, support integrations with GTM tools, enforce data integrity, and mentor junior team members. This role partners closely with cross-functional teams including RevOps, Data, Engineering, and third-party vendors.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions supporting Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
- Implement advanced automation using Salesforce Flows, Process Builder, and other declarative tools.
- Participate in change management, release cycles, and UAT processes.
- Ensure data quality via validation rules, duplicate management, and data governance practices.
- Support data migrations and cleanup efforts in collaboration with RevOps and Data teams.
- Support integrations between Salesforce and key GTM tools (e.g., Gong, Grafana, LeanData, ZoomInfo) and collaborate with engineering, data teams, and third-party vendors to ensure seamless data flow and stability, including work with custom APIs.
- Define and enforce best practices, mentor junior admins, and contribute to strategic initiatives for the go-to-market organization.
Requirements
- Experience in a Sales or GTM organization.
- 6+ years of Salesforce administration experience and advanced Salesforce certification.
- Expert-level experience with Workato and automation tools (Salesforce flows, Zapier, etc.).
- Experience with SQL and BigQuery.
- Experience with SFDC, CPQ, Gong Engage, BoostUp, FullCircleCRM, LeanData, DemandTools, Clay, ZoomInfo, Cognism, Lusha, HGInsight.
- Strong communication skills with senior management: able to explain solutions, their value, and recommended actions; deliver customer-oriented KPIs and outcomes.
- Located in the United States or Canada.
Bonus (nice-to-have)
- Salesforce security and access controls experience (roles, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules).
- Audit and compliance readiness experience: maintaining audit trails, file history, and security protocols.
- Regular org health checks and proactive risk management for Salesforce.
- Experience leveraging Salesforce Einstein or integrated AI tools for analytics and actionable insights.
Compensation & Rewards
- In the US, the base salary range for this role is $123,000 - $148,000. Actual compensation may vary based on level, experience, and skillset.
- All roles include Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
- Compensation ranges are country specific; recruiters will discuss market-specific pay ranges for other locations.
