Role description

We are looking for a Senior Integrator to join the WISDOM team within Wholesale Banking Tech / Cross Product Services / Infrastructure Expertise Services (IES). The WISDOM team drives alignment with Global Infrastructure and facilitates scalable and resilient IT services for WB-Tech stakeholders. You will work closely with Product Managers, service owners, and key stakeholders from Global Infrastructure, SRE, IT Security and Risk, WB Tech platform engineering, Enterprise Architecture and WB Tech Tribe leads.

The role naming convention in the global ING job architecture will be “IT Integrator IV”.

Responsibilities

• Represent the Global WB Tech Consumers of Global Infrastructure services to ensure their needs and priorities are addressed.
• Drive strategic alignment and maintain strong relationships between Consumers, Global Infrastructure, and ING stakeholders for reliable, cost-effective and fit-for-purpose service delivery.
• Communicate infrastructure insights and consumer feedback, enabling continuous service improvement and transparent, two-way communication.
• Provide expert advice and manage life cycle of services in cooperation with Tribe stakeholders.
• Indicate the impact of WB Tech platform decisions on Infrastructure service consumption.
• Ensure informed decision making for the consumption of non-standard services, based on correct requirements and full understanding of the impact.
• Identify and address governance gaps and manage stakeholder responsibilities (RACI).
• Ensure sufficient and timely consumer engagement in the full service lifecycle to achieve high adoption rates of standard and automated Infrastructure services.
• Support regulatory and risk initiatives, like DORA and Paradigm Shift, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation.

Requirements

• Strong team leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in infrastructure and enterprise-scale environments, ideally in ING/CTO/Global Infrastructure.
• Effective communicator, motivator, and bridge-builder between technical and business domains.
• Ability to own and drive initiatives beyond a strict mandate.
• Ability to lead technical conversations and contribute to architecture, infrastructure, and application landscape decisions.
• Experience with technology stacks such as Linux and Windows, ICHP, and basic network knowledge.
• Experience driving initiatives in lifecycle management, migrations, risk reduction and technical debt remediation.
• Fluent in English (verbal and written).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s level of working and thinking.
