Senior iOS Engineer - Advertiser Growth

This role sits on the Advertiser Growth team and focuses on building experiences that help Small to Medium Business (SMB) advertisers launch and manage campaigns on Reddit.

Responsibilities

• Lead feature development as the primary owner for new iOS features, including ad creation flows, campaign management, and new advertiser onboarding.
• Drive growth through high-impact projects that contribute to multiplying monthly active advertisers; design and execute A/B tests to optimize user experience and business metrics.
• Collaborate broadly with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, data scientists, marketing, and sales; communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
• Make technical decisions balancing long-term architectural health and rapid iteration; determine when to build new systems versus leveraging existing ones.
• Improve the codebase by mentoring junior engineers, contributing to code reviews, and maintaining high standards for code quality, architecture, and performance.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional iOS development experience.
• Expert knowledge of Swift and the iOS SDK.
• Strong product sense and deep empathy for users; ability to solve complex business problems with elegant technical solutions.
• Experience working in fast-paced environments with a bias for action and prioritizing impact.
• Proven track record of building and shipping consumer-facing iOS applications at scale.
• Experience with A/B testing frameworks and growth engineering is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate technical trade-offs to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Compensation and Benefits

• Base pay range (U.S.): $190,800 - $267,100 USD per year.
• Eligible for equity in the form of restricted stock units; some positions may be eligible for commission depending on role offered.
