Role overview
You will be part of a team specifically focused on future-proof technologies and frameworks to help accelerate the bank’s strategy and initiatives. In this role you will oversee designing, developing, and implementing ETL frameworks & data pipelines that help other teams deliver their data to their consumers with the main goal of being efficient and cost effective. You will be responsible for developing and reviewing software solutions that are deployed in the Azure Cloud using a variety of technologies such as Databricks, Kafka, Airflow and more. You will be part of a diverse Agile/Scrum DevOps team and have end-to-end responsibility for developing, managing, and maintaining functionalities in the Credit Capability Team area.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop and implement ETL frameworks and data pipelines.
- Develop and review software solutions deployed in the Azure Cloud.
- Work with technologies such as Databricks, Kafka, Airflow, Azure DevOps and Python.
- Operate within an Agile/Scrum DevOps team with end-to-end responsibility for features in the Credit Capability Team.
- Support efficiency and cost-effectiveness of data delivery to consumers.

Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience working with Azure.
- 8+ years of experience with Python and willingness to learn other programming languages.
- 8+ years of experience with Databricks and Azure DevOps.
- 2+ years of experience with Airflow.
- Knowledge of change and incident management.
- Excellent communication skills (in English) and experience working in an agile/scrum way of working.
We are offering
- Gross monthly salary: €5.847 - €8.353 per month (based on a 36-hour work week). Depending on your skills and experience we'll offer you a salary in Hay 11 or 10.
