  • Collaborate with system, software, mechanical, and thermal engineering teams to deliver datacenter and lab facilities timely and within technical specifications.
  • Develop frameworks and metrics to improve datacenter efficiency, reliability, and operational speed.
  • Lead global lab consolidation initiatives, integrating NVIDIA Labs into the NVIDIA Private Cloud.
  • Manage vendor relationships and ensure datacenter delivery standards are met through measurable benchmarks.
  • Identify process improvements in datacenter build and operational workflows and implement scalable guidelines.

Requirements

  • 10+ overall years of relevant experience in datacenter, infrastructure, or operations-focused engineering roles.
  • 4+ years of management experience in large-scale, distributed technology organizations.
  • Deep understanding of datacenter and cloud infrastructure build, automation, and orchestration systems.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills to guide cross-functional teams and influence diverse collaborators.
  • Proven ability to identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and complete complex infrastructure projects across geographies.

Ways to stand out

  • Experience in extensive QA settings for product bring-ups.
  • Experience with high performance or large scale computing environments, parallel computing, or CUDA.
  • Experience with converged and hyper-converged hardware and servers.
  • Extensive datacenter operations experience.
  • Deep understanding of cloud architecture in the areas of virtualization and global infrastructure, distributed systems, load balancing, and security.

Benefits

  • Eligibility for equity and company benefits (see NVIDIA benefits page).

Compensation

  • Base salary range: 248,000 USD - 396,750 USD. Base salary will be determined based on location, experience, and pay of employees in similar positions.
