  • Experience leveraging ML/AI (including LLMs/agentic AI) to maximize operational efficiency.
  • Discretion and thoughtfulness when working cross-functionally to mitigate risk and handle sensitive data.
  • Awareness of the insider threat landscape and understanding of legal, regulatory, and ethical considerations for sensitive data across a global enterprise.
  • Experience with Insider Threat technologies and approaches (examples given: SIEM, User Behavioral Analytics - UBA, DLP) and an understanding of investigations and/or the intelligence cycle.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to compose briefs and assessments for leadership.
  • Experience leading remote teams across multiple time zones.
  • Business acumen: understanding of business dynamics, goals, and product strategy and how security integrates with company goals.
  • Ability to balance business needs, urgency, conflicting constraints, and shipping pragmatic high-quality solutions in a fast-moving environment.
