Senior Manager - ERP & Asset Lifecycle Management

Lead teams working with ERP and Asset Lifecycle Management platforms to deliver scalable, enterprise-grade solutions that support business processes across Finance, Procurement, HR and Asset Lifecycle domains. You will be accountable for ensuring high-quality, well-governed data for cross-domain use and dependable financial reporting, maintaining strong vendor partnerships, and fostering a culture of excellence across your teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams (including software and data engineers) working with ERP & Asset Lifecycle Management platforms to deliver scalable, innovative enterprise solutions.
• Define team roadmaps aligned with technical strategy, organizational goals and vendor capabilities, ensuring measurable impact.
• Oversee vendor selection, contracts, performance and collaboration to meet business and technical needs.
• Recruit, mentor and support cross-functional team members, set clear expectations and foster professional growth.
• Drive cross-team alignment, enhance processes for efficiency and innovation, and ensure decisions align with strategic goals.
• Ensure data produced or transformed by ERP & Asset Lifecycle Management platforms is accurate, timely and accessible for cross-domain use and financial reporting.

Requirements

• Strong leadership with a track record of mentoring and team development.
• Extensive expertise in Financial ERP platforms and driving business solutions and innovation.
• Proven vendor management experience, including contracts, performance and partnerships.
• Ability to drive strategic alignment, foster collaboration and cultivate a high-performing, inclusive environment.
• Effective problem-solving and communication skills across all organizational levels.

Where you'll work

• Location: Eneco — Rotterdam, Netherlands.
• You will lead a team of ~30 people and manage substantial outsourced work. The team provides software solutions for Finance, Procurement, HR and Asset Lifecycle Management (including Geo Information Systems for asset geography and primarily using SAP as ERP).
• Challenge: maximize use of the ERP system (SAP) and minimize customizations.
