  • Lead deployment and lifecycle management of core infrastructure security technologies.
  • Define KPIs and reporting mechanisms to measure security posture and compliance across DGX Cloud.
  • Represent the DGX Cloud security function in executive and cross-org reviews to align with business priorities and compliance needs.

Requirements

  • 10+ years overall in infrastructure security engineering, with at least 5 years in people management.
  • Proven track record building and leading teams that secure large-scale, distributed, or multi-cloud environments.
  • Strong technical foundation in infrastructure security, including IAM, EDR/XDR, CNAPP, CSPM, vulnerability management, incident response, and zero trust principles.
  • Experience with risk assessments, threat modeling, and operationalizing security controls across compute, storage, and networking.
  • Ability to partner effectively across organizational boundaries (security, cloud engineering, infrastructure, compliance).
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence both engineers and executives.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience.

Ways To Stand Out

  • Experience leading security engineering for AI or HPC infrastructure.
  • Deep expertise in cloud service provider (CSP)-native security controls and multi-cloud governance.
  • Background in compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, FedRAMP) and mapping them to infrastructure controls.
  • Strong record of open-source security contributions.

Compensation & Application Info

  • Base salary range: 248,000 USD - 391,000 USD. Final base salary will be determined based on location, experience, and pay of employees in similar positions.
