Responsibilities

• Managing designing through your team members and creating new design patterns for offices, Data Centers and Labs. Your team will work closely with the Architecture teams network designs and on-time deployments globally, in a very fast-paced environment.
• Continue to build an in-house team of Deployments expertise in both WAN and Fabric technologies including SD-WAN, Roce, Infiniband and Ethernet along with an eye for automation. You bring a strong KPI driven approach on how you will operationalize our networks with solid observability working closely with the Network operations team.
• Provide Technical leadership, direction, and strategy for a growing team.
• Set the technical vision, strategy, and roadmap for network deployments for both WAN and Fabric in partnership with the key infrastructure and partner teams.
• Work across Network Architecture, Network Operations and Network SRE and partner well to establish run books, regular training sessions and ensure we build the network to be self-healing.
• Work very well in understanding distinct design patterns, DC designs and bring excellence in networking, and be the go-to expert for the team.
• Influence the architecture of the NVIDIA networks both on-prem and in the clouds.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, related technical field, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ overall years of experience with system design, network architecture, network engineering, and network operations and 8+ years Leadership experience.
• Experience building and growing teams that are geographically distributed, appreciate local operations and bring in a global perspective, following standards.
• Ability to do technical deep-dives into code, networking, operating systems and storage, and verbally and cognitively agile enough to hold your own in a strategy discussion with NVIDIA’s executive team and peer SMEs.
• Solid understanding of networking technologies, such as SD-WAN, Infiniband, Rocky, Wireless, ZTNA and Observability.
• Ability to identify trends and promote solutions that solve challenges efficiently across multiple product areas.
• Excellent innovative thinking, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

The base salary range is 196,000 USD - 310,500 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
