Senior Manager, North America Enterprise & Connectivity

Airbnb's Homes team is seeking a commercially minded Senior Manager to lead critical partner relationships across North America, focused on enterprise Property Managers and software connectivity providers. This role will define and execute partnerships strategy, build and scale a high-performing commercial team, and deliver measurable business impact through executive relationships and innovative growth programs.

Responsibilities

• Own the Enterprise & Connectivity partnerships strategy for the US & Canada region.
• Deliver growth, retention, and expansion across high-value enterprise Property Managers and software partners.
• Lead negotiations and structure commercial agreements that drive mutual business outcomes.
• Build scalable operating playbooks and KPIs to ensure repeatable commercial success.
• Build and lead a high-performing commercial team; recruit, develop, and establish career pathways.
• Cultivate deep C-suite and executive-level relationships across enterprise Property Managers and software partners; act as a trusted advisor and thought leader.
• Champion the voice of enterprise and connectivity partners internally to inform product, policy, and cross-functional strategies.
• Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Policy, Trust, Field) to deliver integrated partner solutions.
• Use data and analytics to track performance, identify opportunities, and strengthen competitive positioning.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, enterprise account management, or commercial leadership.
• Proven track record of scaling teams and exceeding ambitious commercial targets.
• Strong understanding of enterprise Property Managers, SaaS/software ecosystems, and connectivity platforms.
• Executive presence with excellent influencing, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Analytical and data-driven; comfortable converting insights into strategies and measurable outcomes.
• Thrives in a dynamic, fast-moving, and competitive environment.
• Must live in a U.S. state where Airbnb, Inc. has a registered entity (role is US - Remote Eligible; may require occasional office attendance or offsites).

Compensation

• Base pay range: $196,000 — $245,000 USD
• This role may also be eligible for bonus, equity, benefits, and Employee Travel Credits.
