Details

Collibra is looking for a Senior Manager on the People Technology, Analytics, & Operations team to design and lead an AI-first People Technology ecosystem. You will lead a global team to build a technology roadmap that integrates intelligent automation into People workflows and ensures the technology strategy delivers business value. This is a hybrid role based in the Raleigh office (minimum two days in-office per week).

Responsibilities

  • Design and orchestrate a forward-looking People Technology roadmap with AI at its center, including build-vs-buy decisions.
  • Act as a strategic consultant to People & Places leadership, translating HR technology initiatives into clear business value and executive-ready messaging.
  • Architect automation to eliminate manual work through AI and Workato iPaaS integrations across Talent Acquisition, Finance/Payroll, and IT.
  • Oversee administration, security, and data integrity of Workday, Greenhouse, and Peakon to ensure high-quality data for systems of intelligence.
  • Manage a team (currently two, with potential growth), lead vendor QBRs, and own end-to-end system updates and change management.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in People Technology, with a strong preference for Workday and Greenhouse ATS.
  • 4+ years in a management or team lead capacity with a track record of developing people and managing resources.
  • Proven expertise in automation and AI tools, specifically Workato iPaaS and LLMs (examples: Claude, Gemini, NotebookLM).
  • Strong experience in strategic roadmapping and presenting technical concepts to senior executive leadership.
  • Demonstrated success in benchmarking systems and managing vendor relations/contract renewals.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related working experience required.
  • This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

You Are

  • An AI-native leader who uses AI as a foundation to solve workflow problems.
  • A strategic architect who treats systems as levers for competitive advantage.
  • A high-level communicator comfortable translating technical roadmaps into business value.
  • An agile leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and coaches teams to act as trusted advisors.
  • An orchestrator who brings structure to ambiguity and keeps high-priority projects moving forward.

Measures of Success

  • Within 1 month: Immerse in the People tech stack (Workday, Greenhouse, Workato), build relationships with direct reports, and audit manual workflows.
  • Within 3 months: Deliver a draft AI-First People Technology roadmap and identify the first three high-impact automation opportunities.
  • Within 6 months: Execute initial phases of the AI roadmap, demonstrate measurable efficiency gains through Workato integrations, and build a business case for additional team capacity.

Compensation

  • Base salary range: $152,000 - $190,000 per year. This role is not eligible for additional commission-based compensation. Salary offers depend on experience, skills, and location.
  • In addition to base salary, Collibra offers bonus potential, equity for eligible roles, a Flex Fund monthly stipend, pension/401k plans, and more.

Benefits

  • Flexible benefits program including competitive compensation, health coverage, and time off. Collibra emphasizes inclusion and belonging and provides resources for accommodations during the hiring process.
