Collibra is looking for a Senior Program Manager to drive execution of critical Go-To-Market (GTM) initiatives that align to annual objectives. You will bring structure, accountability, and visibility to cross-enterprise programs, partnering with leaders across Sales, Solutions and Services, Marketing, Customer Engineering, Professional Services, Partnerships, Product, Finance and People to deliver measurable outcomes that unlock growth.
Responsibilities
- Program Ownership: Lead a portfolio of GTM programs that accelerate Collibra’s growth, customer adoption, and market impact.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner with senior leaders to define business cases, success metrics, and execution plans tied to company priorities.
- Structured Execution: Build program frameworks, set milestones, and track dependencies to ensure predictable, consistent delivery.
- Accountability & Transparency: Establish governance and reporting cadences to provide executives with clear visibility into progress, risks, and results.
- Problem Solving: Anticipate risks and blockers; design solutions that enable leaders and teams to stay focused on outcomes.
- Change Leadership: Drive communication and adoption strategies to help GTM teams embrace new programs, tools, and processes.
- Data-Driven Decision-Making: Define and monitor KPIs, leveraging data to assess program health and inform adjustments over time.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in program management, GTM strategy, or business operations, ideally within SaaS, enterprise software, or high-growth technology companies.
- Demonstrated success leading cross-functional, enterprise-wide initiatives with measurable impact on revenue, customer success, or operational efficiency.
- Strong executive presence and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Expertise in program planning, governance, and performance management.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to synthesize complexity into clear updates.
- Experience with program and project management tools (examples given: Smartsheet, Asana, Jira, Salesforce).
- Experience defining and tracking KPIs and using data to inform decisions.
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent related working experience is required; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.

Measures of Success
- 30 days: Learn about Collibra, top priorities, and key stakeholders.
- 60 days: Kick off your program portfolio, align stakeholders, and develop cross-enterprise roadmaps and plans.
- 90 days: Have a structured roadmap in place and optimize processes and cadences to deliver the right level of structure, visibility, and accountability for your portfolio.
Compensation
- Standard base salary range: $140,000 - $175,000 per year.
- Not eligible for additional commission-based compensation. Salary offers are based on experience, skills, and location.
- In addition to base salary: equity ownership, bonus potential, a Flex Fund monthly stipend, pension/401(k) plans, and more.
Location & Work Model
- Hybrid role based in Collibra’s Raleigh office (Raleigh, North Carolina, USA). The hybrid model requires working from the office at least two days each week.
