Join NVIDIA's GPU AI/HPC Infrastructure team to lead design and delivery of GPU compute clusters and the Data Platform that powers telemetry, observability, model training/inference, and system health for large-scale CPU/GPU clusters.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a team of full-stack engineers and data pipeline architects to deliver scalable data services and infrastructure for the Data Platform and dependent applications.
- Work with internal customers across the company to build and prioritize the Data Platform roadmap to meet scaling needs.
- Collaborate with and influence product teams and internal stakeholders; coordinate cross-functional development with other business units (server, storage, security).
- Drive project planning, scheduling, value/cost analysis, and engineering execution quality across multiple teams.
- Establish team objectives, allocate resources to meet schedules and goals, and recommend policy/procedure changes for the organization.
- Solve reliability, efficiency, and productivity challenges for the Data Platform and ensure delivery of scalable, fault-tolerant systems.
Requirements
- BSEE, BSCS or equivalent experience and 15+ years of related work experience.
- Proven experience managing teams of 15+ engineers for 5+ years; strong leadership, mentoring, and coaching skills to create high-performing teams.
- Experience building data infrastructure for telemetry products at very large scale (supporting 100K+ GPUs) with near-realtime processing.
- Familiarity with open-source and cloud-based data infrastructure technologies such as data lakes and data warehouses.
- Experience designing reference architectures for data infrastructure organizations.
- Deep understanding of distributed, scalable, and fault-tolerant architectures.
- Strong collaboration skills across engineering, server, storage, and security teams.

Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary ranges by level: Level 4: 272,000 USD - 425,500 USD; Level 5: 308,000 USD - 471,500 USD. Final base salary will be determined based on location, experience, and internal pay parity.
