Join the GPU AI/HPC Infrastructure team and lead the design and delivery of a Data Platform that powers telemetry, application and user data, application observability, model training and inference, chip development, and system and application health for large-scale CPU/GPU clusters.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a team of full-stack engineers and data pipeline architects to deliver scalable data services and infrastructure that power the Data Platform and dependent applications.
- Work with end customers across the company to build a roadmap for the data platform to meet their scaling needs.
- Collaborate with, leverage, and influence product teams and internal stakeholders.
- Actively participate in project planning, scheduling, and value/cost analysis for engineering requests across multiple teams.
- Coordinate cross-functional development with other business units (engineering, server, storage, security teams).
- Establish team objectives for the Data Platform and determine resource usage to meet schedules and goals.
- Drive software engineering execution quality and standard processes.
- Solve reliability, efficiency, and productivity challenges for the Data Platform.
- Recommend changes to policies and establish procedures that affect the immediate organization.
- Connect with senior management on team vision and development progress.
Requirements
- BSEE, BSCS, or equivalent experience and 15+ years of related work experience.
- Proven experience managing teams of 15+ engineers for 5+ years.
- Leadership experience with mentoring and coaching skills to create high-performing teams.
- Demonstrated ability to build data infrastructure for telemetry products that support 100K+ GPUs with near-realtime processing.
- Familiarity with open-source software (OSS) and cloud-based data infrastructure technologies such as data lakes and data warehouses.
- Experience designing a reference architecture for a data infrastructure organization.
- Strong collaboration skills across engineering, server, storage, and security teams.
- Deep understanding of distributed, scalable, and fault-tolerant architectures.

Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary ranges by level:
- Level 4: 272,000 USD - 425,500 USD
- Level 5: 308,000 USD - 471,500 USD
- Eligible for equity and company benefits.
