NVIDIA is searching for an outstanding Networking Solutions Architect Manager to lead a team focused on working with a world leading CSP. You will lead 5–10 Solutions Architects and partner with Sales, Customer Program Management, Product Management and Product Development Engineering to influence and support a major customer while providing product feedback to NVIDIA. You and your team will be responsible for the architecture of some of the largest and most sophisticated network fabrics in the world, providing guidance on Ethernet and InfiniBand, NICs, DPUs, switches, and data center architecture and operations.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a key technical leader and evangelist for a focused account team; develop the technical elements of the sales strategy and ensure their delivery.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the customer: deeply understand their environment and constraints, translate that into product requirements and solutions, and help both the customer and NVIDIA anticipate and avoid problems.
  • Shepherd customer issues to resolution quickly and provide timely advance warning of issues.
  • Develop and grow a team of Solutions Architects to ensure appropriate technical and other skills as the space evolves.

Requirements

  • BS in EE, CS, Math, or Physics or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years leading a team and 10+ years of overall relevant experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of computer systems architecture with a focus on networking.
  • Familiarity with advanced networking architecture, particularly in large-scale HPC environments.
  • Significant software development and deployment experience.
  • Detailed knowledge of data center architectures and the economics of large-scale deployments.
  • Comprehensive understanding of network management, collaborative problem solving, and telemetry.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to explain sophisticated technical topics to non-experts.
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and maintain a productive high-performance team.
  • Track record of working with other organizations/groups to deliver an integrated work product to customers.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary ranges (dependent on location and level):
    • Level 4: 272,000 USD - 425,500 USD
    • Level 5: 308,000 USD - 471,500 USD
