NVIDIA is seeking a Senior Manager in Strategic Sourcing to join the Global Corporate Indirect Procurement team in Santa Clara, CA. The role leads procurement efforts for Real Estate and Data Center Construction, focusing on cost savings, improved commercial terms, and scalable supplier strategies to support NVIDIA's growing portfolio and data center initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal partners (Project Management, Legal, Finance, and Engineering) to identify cost savings and improve contract terms for Real Estate and Data Center construction.
- Support goals of the Real Estate Construction and DC MEP Engineering & Construction teams to help achieve NVIDIA's mission.
- Develop category strategies, research suppliers, and establish a scalable supply base for construction and real estate services.
- Lead end-to-end sourcing activities including RFXs and negotiations for contracts such as general contractors, MEP design-build, engineering, architects, development managers, and cost consultants.
- Complete the sourcing process from initiation to award, providing regular status updates to internal stakeholders.
- Maintain high ethical standards with focus on quality work and customer satisfaction.
- Identify process and toolset improvement opportunities, develop strategic plans to increase efficiency and productivity, and monitor performance to meet objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 12+ years of strategic sourcing experience in a fast-paced technology company.
- 3+ years of leadership experience.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across functions and lead negotiation teams for complex construction and development agreements.
- Proficiency in procurement for Real Estate and Data Center construction contracts, with emphasis on Design-Build and Cost + Fixed Fee % with GMP.
- Strong negotiation skills to achieve favorable contractual terms and market-competitive commercial rates.
- Experience qualifying and developing a supply base of construction contractors in collaboration with internal business partners.
- Strong business judgment for decision-making with incomplete data and shifting priorities.
- Proficiency with project management and procurement tools (e.g., e-RFx, Contract Lifecycle Management).
- Exceptional communication skills and experience presenting to senior management.
- International construction procurement experience across NALA, EMEA, and APAC regions.
- Collaborative, hands-on approach with a growth mindset and innovative use of AI.

- Experience with Colo and CSP agreements (highly desirable).
- Detailed technical knowledge of modern rack cooling systems and MEP equipment for next-generation data centers.

Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary range: 184,000 USD - 304,750 USD (final base determined by location, experience, and pay of employees in similar positions).
