Details
GeForce NOW is NVIDIA's Cloud Gaming service, streaming games at the highest quality to many device types. Using sophisticated GPUs and NVIDIA proprietary software, GeForce NOW provides up-to-date games on current hardware with a streaming experience rivaling a local PC.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a comprehensive technical leader: builder, operator, customer advocate, and deliverer of results.
- Build strategy for growing usage and scale of existing customers and craft features for new customers, focusing on user experience and alignment with product and company vision.
- Own technical requirements, roadmaps, design, architecture, implementation, operations, and management of the service.
- Deliver features and ensure service "ilities" (availability, scalability, maintainability), making informed trade-offs among competing priorities.
- Partner closely with peer organizations, including software development teams, to continuously drive improvements in service reliability through strong engineering processes, tools, and strategies.
Requirements
- BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent (or equivalent experience).
- 10+ years overall of software development or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience leading a software engineering team.
- Hands-on experience designing, prototyping, building, and running cloud services (SaaS; large-scale distributed systems).
- Proven experience taking mobile and cloud products from inception to successful release and adoption.
- Strong customer focus, ownership, urgency, and drive.
- Demonstrated capability to provide deep technical leadership to agile teams.
- Strong self-initiative, interpersonal skills, and flexibility to synthesize new ideas quickly.
- Experience engaging with analysts, industry visionaries, and executives of Fortune 1000 companies is strongly preferred.

Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary range: 272,000 USD - 431,250 USD (will be determined based on location, experience, and pay of employees in similar positions).
