The Difference You Will Make

Enhance the effectiveness of leadership events within the Technology organization by designing and facilitating engaging content tailored to senior leaders. Success will be measured by leadership engagement, actionable follow-up, high-performing teams, driving organizational efficiency, and addressing key business challenges. Build a collaborative community among technical leaders fostering trust and accountability, transforming leadership practices and promoting continuous improvement.

A Typical Day

• Design, create content, and facilitate leadership events and workshops for the Technology organization focusing on unique needs and business objectives
• Drive change by project managing follow-up activities after each event to ensure action on commitments
• Partner with technical leaders to understand organizational gaps and design experiences to unlock insights for leadership actions
• Organize events/forums to bring senior leaders together to identify business challenges and develop actionable solutions
• Build a community among senior individual contributors across the technical organization through offsites and technical forums
• Collaborate with leaders and talent partners to design and deliver trust-building interventions for high-performing leadership teams
• Understand and improve ways of working across Tech and develop efficiency actions
• Partner with stakeholders, SMEs, senior leaders, and external consultants

Your Expertise

• 12+ years experience applying academic knowledge to real-world challenges with tangible impact in multiple practice areas
• Significant experience coaching senior technology leaders
• Exceptional facilitation skills engaging audiences in workshops and offsites both in-person and virtually
• High executive presence including responsiveness, business focus, integrity, sound judgment, and prioritization across competing demands
• Curriculum and program design experience for leadership programs targeting tech audiences
• Knowledge of learning science and learning experience design in technical organizations
• Track record of delivering unique, creative learning experiences achieving outstanding outcomes
• Experience building trusted relationships with senior business leaders across groups and geographies
• Data-driven evaluation and measurement of learning experiences
• Comfort with ambiguity, change, and experimentation with a willingness to iterate
• Strong understanding of Technology organizations and their operations
• Hands-on design, content creation, and facilitation of workshops with audiences over 100 attendees to drive positive cultural impact

Your Location

The successful applicant must be based in the San Francisco Bay Area to conduct their work. Employees cannot be located in certain excluded states listed by Airbnb. Check with recruiter for eligibility.

Compensation

The base pay range is $188,000 to $235,000 USD, dependent on training, skills, experience, business needs, and market demands. The role may be eligible for bonus, equity, benefits, and Employee Travel Credits.
