Senior NPI Program Manager

Lead the manufacturing support for Data Center AI accelerator boards, solving complex problems. Assist in delivering advanced AI accelerators across various industries in collaboration with Technical Program Managers.

Responsibilities

• Drive OPS Readiness Meetings.
• Plan, coordinate, and track manufacturing progress to meet quarterly manufacturing goals.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Diagnostics teams to coordinate product firmware and test diagnostics upgrades.
• Devise and implement an NPI handover strategy for ramping new designs into mass production.
• Use strong communication and influencing skills to drive regular alignment and provide succinct updates to the factory network.
• Ensure continuous alignment between the factory and key collaborators on production execution strategy and engineering work progress.
• Lead and coordinate teams to proactively minimize production risks and resolve day-to-day issues quickly.
• Drive systemic process improvement, own technology issue resolution, and develop risk mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate the supply chain and manufacturing plan of record for revenue products.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in hardware-related program management/production within the server industry.
• Leadership ability to influence behavior, negotiate positions, and make and defend data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication skills, able to articulate status and final project deliveries at all organizational levels.
• Prior work involvement in technical program, project, or product management within the server domain is favored.
• Pragmatic problem-solving skills; comfortable making informed decisions or escalating when necessary.
• BS degree or equivalent experience in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
• Fast issue resolution through out-of-the-box thinking.
• Ability to thrive and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Ways to stand out from the crowd

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
• Technical depth in hardware and software development techniques.
• In-depth knowledge of factory production techniques and test strategies.
• Direct experience delivering complex products to cloud-based customers.

Compensation & Additional Information

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 200,000 USD - 322,000 USD.
