NVIDIA is seeking a Senior NPI Technical Program Manager to direct the manufacturing process of AI accelerator boards and manage new product operations from development introduction to production deployment. The product portfolio includes HGX GPU accelerators, DGX GPU/CPU products, and L11 cluster solutions. This role collaborates closely with Data Center Operations, planning, product engineering, manufacturing engineering, and CEM partners to ensure successful product bring-up and production ramp.
Responsibilities
- Develop program management framework and methods to ensure successful introduction of L6–L11 graphics-centric server products from inception to production release.
- Coordinate and monitor operational results for new systems from initial prototypes through production release.
- Work with planning, product engineering, and manufacturing engineering to guarantee smooth rollouts and minimize risk.
- Regularly update executive team on product bring-up status.
- Coordinate supply chain and manufacturing plan of record.
- Maintain project budgets and track procurement and delivery of bring-up hardware to support engineering teams.
- Align system baseboard/server availability for internal and external customers during the NPI phase.
- Track reliability, qualification, product certification, and manufacturing readiness gates across engineering and CEM production teams.
- Align manufacturing and test assumptions and provide program management support for the initial production ramp plan.
Requirements
- 12+ years of related experience in product management/production in the L10/L11 server space.
- Relevant experience in technical program, project, or product management roles in the server space is preferred.
- Demonstrated leadership with ability to influence, drive desired behaviors, and make/defend data-driven decisions.
- Strong presentation skills with ability to communicate project status to all levels of the organization.
- Pragmatic problem-solving skills; able to use creative approaches or escalate when needed.
- Highly organized and able to operate in environments with high uncertainty; adaptable to a fast pace.
- BS degree or equivalent experience in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering preferred.

Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary range: 192,000 USD - 304,750 USD (final base salary determined by location, experience, and pay of employees in similar positions).
