Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for a portfolio of customers.
  • Design and guide customers on their observability maturity journey.
  • Provide expert troubleshooting and guidance to increase product adoption.
  • Conduct technical reviews and health checks; assist in root cause analysis (RCA).
  • Advise clients on best practices for leveraging Grafana technology to meet business goals.
  • Develop and execute technical roadmaps with clients.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize costs, expand solution usage, and promote new products/features.
  • Maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Engagement Managers and Onboarding Architects to own the customer lifecycle.
  • Drive product adoption and ROI within customer portfolios.
  • Act as the customer advocate internally, representing their needs and feature requests.
  • Conduct client training sessions and workshops.
  • Develop technical documentation, guides, and tutorials.
  • Participate in regular account reviews to monitor ROI, satisfaction, and upcoming projects.
  • Present client metrics and focus areas.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Math, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience deploying and operating Kubernetes.
  • 5+ years in a technical support, technical account management, consulting, or professional services role in technology.
  • Strong understanding of observability solutions; experience with Grafana, Prometheus, and Loki is a plus.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM software, ticketing systems, and relevant programming languages.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% to meet clients.

  • Observability expertise at architect level preferred.
