Join Vinted's dynamic and rapidly expanding marketing team as a Senior Offline Media Manager within the Reach media planning team. This group is pivotal in analyzing, optimizing, and implementing media campaigns across the globe, focusing on Direct Response TV campaigns. Our commitment to a data-driven approach ensures all strategic decisions are grounded in detailed analysis, maximizing our advertising investment return.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of TV, radio, OOH, BVOD, and connected TV campaigns across several countries.
- Plan and manage Reach media investments to meet business goals, providing precise forecasts and data-backed rationales for these decisions.
- Enhance our Reach Media Mix decision framework by integrating industry best practices with internal performance data insights to amplify marketing campaign outcomes.
- Establish a testing roadmap to fill data gaps necessary for data-driven media mix optimization.
- Closely collaborate with our Data Analytics team to set up and evaluate tests, define KPIs, and establish results evaluation methodologies.
- Maintain ongoing relationships with media agencies and TV networks, owning all communications and pricing negotiations.
- Work alongside other Vinted Marketing teams to ensure cohesive multi-channel campaign alignment.
- Play a critical role in new market launches, conducting in-depth analysis, agency selection process and investment/ ROI calculations to ensure strategic media planning and successful campaign execution.
About you
- Have at least 6 years of media experience, with the focus on media mix research and strategy, statistical analysis, and marketing campaigns optimization.
- Exhibit a strong analytical background and strategic decision-making skills informed by both internal and external data.
- Able to collaborate effectively with multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Knowledgeable in TV and other offline media advertising.
- Skilled at project management, with the ability to manage complex cross functional, analytically heavy projects.
- Proficient in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Have a passion for continuous learning and sharing insights with your team and the broader company.
- Highly skilled in Google Sheets and/or MS Excel.
- Advantage: Familiarity with statistical analysis languages (R/Python/other).
- Advantage: Econometric modeling.
- Advantage: AI knowledge and experience.

The salary range for this position is € 4,083 - € 5,517 gross per month.
