Senior Operations Analyst

Details

We are seeking a Senior Operations Analyst on the Software Monetization Operations team to help craft NVIDIA’s software operations strategy and drive the product operations function. This role focuses on scaling software monetization, operationalizing new business models, and coordinating cross-organization initiatives that support product and offer launches.

Responsibilities

• Support go-to-market readiness by overseeing product operations functions.
• Collaborate with global cross-functional teams to define product attributes that drive the overall ERP ecosystem and meet SLA-defined timeframes.
• Transform product operations processes and improve operational efficiency through process improvements and Master Data Management tools.
• Understand requirements, validate designs, and operationalize software business models (entitlement, licensing, subscriptions/billing workflows).
• Lead comprehensive capabilities for operational workflow automation from ordering through delivery, support, customer experience and renewals.
• Drive product ops strategy and scale product and offer launches across organizations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Business, Computer Science, Mathematics, Management Information Systems, or related field.
• 8+ years of prior experience in software operations or related software business operations roles.
• Experience with Master Data Management tools, quote-to-cash systems, and SAP.
• Proficiency in IT infrastructure concepts and technologies related to entitlement, licensing, and cloud provisioning.
• Software business domain knowledge, including enabling Enterprise Software products, services and business models (subscriptions, entitlements, licensing).
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills; ability to identify issues and design end-to-end operational solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving, program management, organizational, interpersonal and cross-functional communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt quickly, and operate as a self-starter.

Preferred / Ways to stand out

• Experience implementing business solutions/systems in Licensing, Entitlement Management, Subscriptions/Billing, Master Data Management, or SW Product configuration.
• Business Intelligence domain knowledge or experience acting as a business SME in functional areas.
• Background in Cloud Operations, Enterprise SaaS/XaaS, and Managed Services.
• Experience crafting business policies for software operations and driving change in dynamic environments.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary range: 128,000 USD - 212,750 USD (determined based on location, experience, and pay of employees in similar positions).
• Eligible for equity and benefits (see company benefits page).
