Eneco is looking for a Senior Product Data Analyst to join the Data Analytics team within the Tech department. You will work closely with a cross-functional product team called New Propositions, responsible for developing and scaling innovative energy products such as dynamic and Time of Use contracts. You will use a diverse set of (data) skills from analytics engineering to A/B testing to drive data-driven decision making and help Eneco and its customers become climate neutral by 2035.

Responsibilities

  • Explore insights that help develop or update new types of propositions for customers
  • Monitor commercial and operational performance of propositions (adoption, stability, accuracy, scalability of billing/pricing engines and digital platforms)
  • Build strategic and tactical dashboards to steer Product Managers
  • Run and design A/B tests in sales funnels and apps; design, conduct and evaluate experiments
  • Build pipelines to transform raw data into business logic; perform exploratory data analysis, reporting and dashboarding
  • Build statistical models and simulations (e.g., “what if” scenarios)
  • Guide stakeholders in problem definition, prioritization and success measurement (OKRs, KPIs)
  • Communicate findings using storytelling and visualization to support decisions

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree or higher with a strong quantitative focus
  • The listing header shows 3-5 years; the detailed requirements state 5+ years of work experience as Data Analyst, Data Scientist, Analytics Engineer or a similar role
  • Experience in SQL, DBT, and Python for analytical purposes, preferably in a cloud environment such as Databricks and Snowflake
  • Experience in data visualization and dashboarding, preferably in Power BI
  • Experience in running A/B tests on web and app
  • Excellent business communication skills and stakeholder management

  • Part of the Data Analytics team in the Tech department; international and inclusive environment
  • Focused on the New Propositions value stream in the B2C value chain (dynamic pricing, Time of Use contracts)
  • Day-to-day activities mostly within the product team
