Responsibilities

• Work in a small team to iteratively improve developer experience.
• Take new features from ideation, to prototyping, to user testing, to production.
• Design web and mobile experiences that are simple and intuitive.
• Participate in regular design reviews and incorporate relevant feedback.
• Execute on the product roadmap and help define product strategy.
• Collaborate daily with Engineering, User Research, and Product.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional Product Design experience.
• Experience designing developer experiences for web and mobile.
• Excellence in UX thinking, visual design, and written communication.
• Experience working collaboratively with engineers, user researchers, and product teams.
• Fluency in Figma and prototyping tools, including effective use of AI in product design.
• Low ego, collaborative, and open minded.
• Demonstrated interest in crypto products (e.g., active user of DeFi apps, wallets, exchange(s), etc.).

Nice to haves

• Prior design experience in crypto or financial products.
• Software development experience.
• Startup experience.

Pay Range

• CAD $191,100 — $191,100 per year. Full time offers from Coinbase also include bonus eligibility, equity eligibility, and benefits (medical, dental, vision).
