NVIDIA’s Enterprise Product Group is seeking a highly technical and strategic Senior Product Integration Lead to drive the adoption and deep technical integration of our Generative AI software stack with key enterprise ISVs and cloud service providers. This role operates at the intersection of platform architecture, hands-on technical execution, and partner engagement—building trusted relationships with technical leaders of assigned partners to accelerate the delivery of scalable, high-performance GenAI solutions.
As the lead technical driver, you will shape how partners leverage NVIDIA’s hardware, systems, and software—from LLM training to inference optimization and Agentic platform integrations. You will directly influence software design, developer experience, and go-to-market alignment to ensure seamless adoption across real-world enterprise use cases. The role combines deep AI/ML applications knowledge with a systems mindset and a passion for empowering partner ecosystems.
Responsibilities
- Build and drive the technical integration of NVIDIA GenAI offerings across a focused set of ISV and CSP platforms, collaborating closely with partner Platform Architects. Define technical objectives, timelines, and product adoption strategy aligned with partner business objectives.
- Hands-on design and shipping of methodologies, code, and reference architectures that implement RAG, LLM inference, and multi-agent workflows using NVIDIA libraries (NeMo, NIMs, Triton, TensorRT, etc.) as well as vLLM, LangChain, vector DBs, MCP, A2A and related technologies.
- Deploy and validate integrations across major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP) and across on-prem, hybrid, and multi-cloud environments.
- Own technical product engagement: run regular meetings, progress tracking, adoption status, and internal reporting consistent with NVIDIA culture. Coordinate closely with Product, Engineering, Research, and Solution Architecture teams.
- Develop deep understanding across the GenAI lifecycle (data curation, LLM pre-training, finetuning such as PEFT and SFT, post-training, reasoning, RAG, multi-agent workflows, and production LLM inference).
- Represent partner needs and architecture designs to Product and Engineering; contribute insights from large-scale enterprise environments to the product roadmap.
- Continuously develop expertise in GenAI platform architecture, NVIDIA libraries, models, and frameworks to best support partner platform teams.
Requirements
- 8+ years of proven experience in technical product or engineering roles in enterprise software, cloud platforms, and production deployments, with a focus on building partner integrations.
- Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Strong background in AI/ML and deep learning with hands-on experience building enterprise-grade GenAI systems (RAG, multi-agent architectures, and production LLM deployments).
- Hands-on experience with programming languages and libraries such as Python, PyTorch, HuggingFace, LangChain, NeMo, vLLM, AutoGen, TensorRT-LLM, and related LLM tools.
- Familiarity with NVIDIA-specific libraries and runtimes (NeMo, NIMs, Triton, Tensor-RT) and experience optimizing LLM training and inference.
- Experience across LLM application stages: pre-training, customization/finetuning (PEFT, SFT), inference, evaluation, and benchmarking.
- Strong understanding of enterprise deployments including MLOps, cloud-native technologies (Kubernetes, Docker, Kubeflow), and enterprise IT concerns (security, compliance, governance, data infrastructure).
- Demonstrated ability to research, prototype, and collaborate across teams to drive to completion on complex technical solutions.
- Executive-caliber communication skills, high ownership, and the ability to align internal and external stakeholders.
Ways to stand out
- Proven track record of influencing product decisions through trusted partner relationships and translating customer needs into scalable platform improvements.
- Demonstrated agility in high-stakes partner collaborations in a high-velocity GenAI environment.
- Strong collaborator able to build trust with engineers, executives, and cross-functional teams at NVIDIA and partner organizations.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary ranges by level: Level 4: 184,000 USD - 287,500 USD; Level 5: 224,000 USD - 356,500 USD.
- Eligible for equity and NVIDIA benefits (see NVIDIA benefits page).
