NVIDIA’s Enterprise Product Group is seeking a highly technical and strategic Senior Product Integration Lead to drive the adoption and deep technical integration of our Generative AI software stack with key enterprise ISVs and cloud service providers. This role operates at the intersection of platform architecture, hands-on technical execution, and partner engagement—building trusted relationships with technical leaders of your assigned partners, to accelerate the delivery of scalable, high-performance GenAI solutions.
As the lead technical driver, you will shape how partners leverage NVIDIA’s hardware, systems, and software—from LLM training to inference optimization and Agentic platform integrations. You will directly influence software design, developer experience, and go-to-market alignment to ensure seamless adoption across real-world enterprise use cases. The role combines deep AI/ML applications knowledge with a systems mindset and a passion for empowering partner ecosystems. You will collaborate with Engineering, NVIDIA Research, Solutions Architects, and Product teams.
Responsibilities
- Build and drive the technical integration of NVIDIA GenAI offerings across a focused set of ISV and CSP platforms, collaborating closely with partner Platform Architects. Define technical objectives, timelines, and product adoption strategy aligned with partner business objectives.
- Hands-on design and shipping of methodologies, code, and reference architectures that bring RAG, LLM inference, and multi-agent workflows to life using NVIDIA libraries (NeMo, NIMs, Triton, TensorRT, etc.) as well as vLLM, LangChain, vector DBs, MCP, A2A, and related technologies, deployed across major CSP platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- Own technical product engagement: drive meetings, progress tracking, adoption status, and internal reporting. Work closely with NVIDIA Product, Engineering, Research, Solution Architecture, and other organizations.
- Develop understanding across all stages of the GenAI lifecycle with depth in areas such as data curation, LLM pre-training, fine-tuning (PEFT, SFT), post-training, reasoning, RAG, multi-agent workflows, and LLM inference for production deployments.
- Represent partner needs and architecture design to Product and Engineering teams and contribute insights from large-scale enterprise environments to the product roadmap.
- Maintain and develop expertise in GenAI platform architecture and keep up to date with NVIDIA libraries, models, and frameworks to best support partner platform teams.
Requirements
- 8+ years of proven experience in technical product or engineering roles in enterprise software, cloud platforms, and production deployments with a focus on building partner integrations.
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Strong background in AI/ML and deep learning with hands-on experience building enterprise-grade GenAI systems such as RAG, multi-agent architectures, and production LLM deployments.
- Experience with programming languages and libraries such as HuggingFace, LangChain, Python, PyTorch, NVIDIA NeMo, vLLM, AutoGen, TensorRT-LLM, and LLM application stages including pre-training, customization, inference, evaluation, and benchmarking.
- Ability to research, prototype, and collaborate across teams to arrive at technical solutions for evolving GenAI customer scenarios, demonstrating teamwork and ownership of large projects.
- Strong understanding of enterprise deployments including MLOps and cloud-native technologies such as Kubernetes, Docker, Kubeflow, and enterprise IT concerns including security, compliance, governance, data infrastructure, and deployments across on-prem, hybrid, and multi-cloud platforms.
- Strong executive-caliber communication and curiosity for emerging AI technologies, with high ownership and initiative.
Ways to Stand Out
- Track record of influencing sophisticated product decisions through trusted partner relationships and translating customer needs into scalable platform improvements.
- Demonstrated agility in high-stakes, high-velocity GenAI partner collaborations.
- Highly collaborative, able to build deep trust with engineers, executives, and cross-functional teams at NVIDIA and partner organizations.
