Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of customer use cases and evolving needs.
  • Define use cases, examples, and tools to craft and convey the product value proposition and position to varied audiences (technical and executive).
  • Collect requirements to define future products, including competitive analysis and customer feedback.
  • Work closely with partners to ensure products get to market on time and to explore customer needs and workflows.
  • Act as the go-to expert on the product for internal teams across the organization.
  • Engage with customers to collect feedback, validate direction, and represent the company's product vision.

Requirements

  • BS or MS degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a similar field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of product management or similar experience at a technology company with a technology-first attitude.
  • Experience in Product Management within large global organizations.
  • Strong balance of deep systems software knowledge with business understanding.
  • Strong analytical, marketing, and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities; strong social skills and peer networking.
  • Experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration as the foundation for AI/ML deployments.

Ways to stand out

  • Experience with GPU resource management and multi-tenant scheduling within shared clusters.
  • Familiarity with ML/AI orchestration frameworks and ecosystem tools (e.g., Kubeflow, Ray, MLflow, KServe).
  • Experience with cloud-native AI infrastructure across AWS/GCP/Azure, hybrid, and on-prem environments.
  • Experience with observability and monitoring for distributed systems, GPU workloads, or data pipelines.
  • Experience building developer platforms, API-oriented products, or SDK workflows; practical experience working alongside open-source communities or ecosystem partners (participation is valued; contribution not required).

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary ranges (location- and level-dependent):
    • Level 3: 144,000 USD - 218,500 USD
    • Level 4: 168,000 USD - 258,750 USD
