Details

This role operates at the hardware–software boundary of advanced accelerated computing systems. The Senior Product Manager will work on NVIDIA Accelerated CPU products (e.g., Grace and Vera) and orchestrate cross-team work between CPU architecture, system software (CUDA, GPU drivers, Linux), firmware (BIOS, BMC), partners (IBVs, memory and card vendors), and customers to deliver high-quality, secure, and performant accelerated compute platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Core Software and Firmware Enablement

    • Drive alignment between teams responsible for NVIDIA CPUs and components such as CUDA, GPU drivers, Linux kernel and distributions, BIOS, BMC and IBV partners.
    • Define and drive enablement plans and customer/partner adoption of features such as Confidential Compute, MPAM, advanced power management, and virtualization.
    • Ensure components, documentation, and recipes are in place to deliver an excellent out-of-box experience across multiple product lines.
  • Telemetry, Quality, and Diagnosability

    • Partner with HGX/DGX product teams, CPMs, engineering, and customers to understand active issues and communicate status to executives.
    • Guide component and system-level quality targets with platform and quality PMs; plan for comprehensive in-system telemetry and debugging.
    • Drive distribution and packaging of workarounds, patches, mitigations, or experimental firmware as needed.
  • 3rd Party Hardware Ecosystem

    • Drive partnership and alignment with vendors responsible for memory modules, PCIe add-in cards, and other ecosystem components to ensure proper hardware, software, documentation, and business capabilities for integration with NVIDIA platforms.
  • Program and stakeholder management

    • Act as a buffer between high-priority customers/deployments, account teams, product organization, and engineering; manage expectations and internal reporting.
    • Drive tactical and strategic (roadmap) closure of gaps, and lead multiple cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years of experience as a technical product or program manager in a multifaceted, fast-paced, high-tech environment.
  • Proven understanding of datacenter hardware and server ecosystems; familiarity with Arm CPUs is a plus.
  • Strong technical and architectural capability: comfort at the intersection of hardware and system software, with working knowledge of the Linux kernel and boot process.
  • Experience or familiarity with: CUDA, GPU drivers, BIOS, BMC, firmware lifecycle, telemetry and diagnosability, virtualization, Confidential Compute, MPAM, advanced power management, and partner/3rd-party hardware integration.
  • Excellent project management, cross-functional leadership, communication, analytical thinking, curiosity, and the ability to drive frequent progress across multiple efforts.

Benefits

  • Base salary range (location- and level-dependent):
    • Level 4: 168,000 USD - 258,750 USD
    • Level 5: 208,000 USD - 327,750 USD
  • Eligible for equity and additional benefits (see NVIDIA benefits).
  • Role is listed as Hybrid (#LI-Hybrid).
  • Applications accepted at least until July 29, 2025.

Additional details

  • This role sits at the intersection of hardware and system software and requires strong collaboration with internal teams, customers, and vendors across the design cycle.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fluid, fast-moving product environment are essential.
