Enterprise customers demand high quality and differentiated service options, and timely service response to meet their business demands. Our team manages the Enterprise Service portfolio of service products, service tools, enablement training, service renewals, and metrics globally to support worldwide Enterprise Customers. We identify and own the networking service pipeline, including services being planned or crafted. You will lead a significant portion of this networking services portfolio, driving it as a business including publishing status, metrics, and service transition planning. Additionally, we deliver competitive analysis supporting the service catalog, reflecting existing and retired services.
Responsibilities
- Develop service products by identifying potential service offerings, generating requirements and specifications, including services pricing and benchmarking
- Define Service New Product Introduction processes, strategy, service requirements, and policy development for the networking industry
- Evaluate customer ecosystem, analyze the technology and business resources, and identify networking-specific services requirements
- Drive networking service adoption, renewal rate increases, end user satisfaction, and improvement in net promoter score
Requirements
- Results driven, capable of working in both strategic and tactical environments with ability to influence all levels of the service business
- Highly interactive and engaged across sales, service, operations teams, and global partner community
- Significant experience balancing multiple key service initiatives in parallel
- Detailed understanding of service structures, service operations, pricing, positioning, and routes to market
- Deep understanding of channel strategy, management, and development of service partners including delivery, operations, and process design excellence
- Extensive experience designing and delivering systems and enablement requirements supporting service initiatives
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; highly analytical and detail oriented
- Significant experience in multifaceted field organization
- Master's degree or equivalent experience in business and/or technical field
- 10+ years of experience in networking and service-related fields

Compensation and Benefits
Base salary range: 168,000 USD - 327,750 USD (based on location, experience, and comparable employee pay). Eligible for equity and benefits.
