The Incentives team is building an incentives-as-a-service engine that will power rewards, promotions, and user bonuses across Coinbase.
Responsibilities
- Define and build the reusable "incentive primitives" from 0-to-1 (core components such as advanced targeting/eligibility logic, a library of payout models, and standardized campaign management tools).
 - Own the 0-to-1 strategy and vision for the "incentives-as-a-service" engine to enable product teams to launch high-ROI campaigns quickly.
 - Create the intelligence layer in partnership with Data Science: define data models and A/B testing frameworks to measure ROI from day one.
 - Partner deeply with Risk & Compliance to integrate with core risk systems to proactively prevent fraud and abuse and ensure security and scalability.
 - Lead cross-functional execution and alignment across engineering, design, data science, risk, marketing, and finance to build and scale company-wide infrastructure.
 - Understand product strategic and competitive positioning and deliver results aligned with broader organizational strategies and goals.
 
Requirements
- 6+ years of product management experience, preferably on a high-performing Growth team at a consumer tech company.
 - Proven entrepreneurial 0-to-1 mindset; willing to run manual processes first before building automation.
 - Strong 1-to-N systems thinking; able to turn prototypes into scalable, reusable engines and primitives.
 - Direct experience in Growth, Promotions, or Incentives: built or managed systems related to rewards, user bonuses, loyalty programs, or complex pricing.
 - Deeply analytical with demonstrated ability to partner with Data Science to build measurement and A/B testing frameworks from the ground up.
 - Exceptional interpersonal communication, relationship management, and organizational skills, with a track record of leading complex, multi-quarter, cross-functional projects.
 
Nice to haves
- Experience or passion in crypto.
 - Strong interest in influencing business outcomes: revenue generation, business models, and LTV optimization.

- Pay Range: $207,485—$244,100 USD (target annual salary; full-time offers also include bonus eligibility, equity eligibility, and benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k)).
