The work culture is intense and not fully remote: roles are remote-first but not remote-only, and in-person participation is required throughout the year (team and company offsites occur multiple times annually).

Responsibilities

• Own multiple areas and/or one large complex area that impacts multiple teams and metrics.
• Develop solutions by collaborating and leading across regions, product areas, and functions as needed.
• Drive the entire product lifecycle (launches, maintenance, and retirement) in collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Ruthlessly balance and prioritize across all stakeholder objectives.
• Identify and validate new opportunities (user-based, strategic, business, etc.).
• Develop multi-year strategies and roadmaps with high business impact and acumen.

Requirements

• 6+ years of product management experience, including B2B experience.
• Experience building API products.
• 3 years of experience taking products from conception to launch.
• Experience working with, balancing needs, and maintaining strong relationships across a wide variety of stakeholders.
• Experience navigating and influencing senior leadership across multiple functions.
• Demonstrated ability working with a high degree of business and technical complexity across a broad product portfolio.
• Demonstrated ability to ship a holistic product experience without “shipping the org chart.”
• Aptitude for learning and ability to ramp quickly on new and potentially complicated domains.
• Demonstrated passion for cryptocurrency, financial markets, and the Coinbase mission.

Nice to haves

• Experience in stablecoins and/or web3 crypto (custody, wallets, etc.).
• 3 years of experience in software development or engineering.
• 1–2 years of people management experience with direct reports and technical leadership.

Compensation & Additional Info

• Pay Range: $207,485 — $244,100 USD (target annual salary; full-time offers also include target bonus, target equity, and benefits including medical, dental, vision and 401(k)).
