Senior Product Manager - Stablecoins & Payments

Our Stablecoins & Payments team is focused on enabling companies across the world to scale financial applications on our stablecoin stack through a powerful suite of APIs. This role helps drive faster money movement, more efficient cross-border payments, and global payment acceptance.

Responsibilities

• Own multiple areas or one large complex area impacting multiple teams and metrics.
• Collaborate and lead across regions, product areas, and functions to develop solutions.
• Drive the entire product lifecycle including launches, maintenance, and retirement in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Balance and prioritize stakeholder objectives rigorously.
• Identify and validate new opportunities from user, strategic, and business perspectives.
• Develop multi-year strategies and roadmaps with high business impact.

Requirements

• 6+ years of product management experience, including B2B experience.
• Experience building API products.
• 3 years of experience taking products from conception to launch.
• Ability to work with and maintain strong relationships across a broad variety of stakeholders.
• Experience influencing senior leadership across multiple functions.
• Ability to navigate high business and technical complexity across a broad product portfolio.
• Proven ability to deliver a holistic product experience.
• Strong aptitude for learning and quickly ramping up on new, complex domains.
• Passion for cryptocurrency, financial markets, and Coinbase's mission.

Nice to Haves

• Experience in stablecoins and/or web3 crypto (custody, wallets, etc.).
• 3 years experience in software development or engineering.
• 1-2 years of people management experience with direct reports and technical leadership.
