Our work culture is intense and isn’t for everyone. While many roles at Coinbase are remote-first, we are not remote-only. In-person participation is required throughout the year. We are looking for a highly curious and execution-focused Product Manager to join our Tokenization team. This team blends deep, multi-asset class financial experience across investment and operations with a world-class smart contract engineering team. Together, the team builds tokenization infrastructure that integrates regulated financial systems and DeFi.

Responsibilities

• Support the full product lifecycle, from ideation and requirements gathering to launch, post-launch analysis, and iteration.
• Identify and evaluate new product opportunities through market research, competitive analysis, and gathering insights from clients and internal experts.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, sales, legal, and operations teams to translate product requirements into clear specifications and deliver high-quality features.
• Define and track key product metrics and KPIs to guide product prioritization and measure success.
• Create and maintain essential product documentation, including user stories, process flows, and project plans to ensure alignment across teams.
• Communicate product updates, timelines, and progress to internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with ambitious delivery schedules.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in product management, and/or relevant experience in institutional finance, management consulting, or a technical product role.
• Foundational knowledge spanning institutional finance (e.g., capital markets, asset management, financial operations) and product development principles.
• Insatiable curiosity and a proven ability to learn complex technical and financial concepts quickly.
• Exceptional communication, relationship management, and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical, prioritization, and problem-solving abilities; comfortable working with incomplete or ambiguous information.
• Ability to work with engineering, design, and business stakeholders, influencing outcomes and driving execution.
• High degree of ownership and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a "no-task-is-too-small" attitude.
• Deep and demonstrated interest in digital assets, tokenization, DeFi, and the future of financial markets.

Pay

Pay Range: $207,485—$244,100 USD (target annual salary; full-time offers also include bonus eligibility + equity eligibility + benefits including medical, dental, vision and 401(k)).
