About the role:

Join Vinted's Product Marketing team, the strategic link between Product and Marketing. You'll be at the forefront of launching and driving success for our products, services and features, ensuring they are positioned effectively and communicated cohesively to our members.

In this central role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Brand Strategy, Member Engagement Marketing, Communications, and Legal, to drive impactful go-to-market strategies.

We are looking for someone who combines analytical, strategic, and creative thinking to produce compelling product positioning and messaging. Your efforts will ultimately drive product growth and business impact.

In this position, you will:

  • Develop positioning and messaging for new products, services and major platform updates; craft and execute effective go-to-market strategies.
  • Ensure seamless and user-friendly experience for our members during major product updates and changes.
  • Drive proactive collaboration by providing valuable insights (user feedback, market trends, competitor analysis) to Product teams, and simultaneously ensure Brand strategies are shared with Product teams to inform product development.
  • Collaborate extensively with cross-functional teams to advocate for consumer needs and perspectives.
  • Own and manage product marketing work streams with a proactive approach to achieving set goals.

About you:

  • Experience: minimum of 6 years in product marketing within the consumer technology sector; additional experience with business technology products is a plus.
  • Proven success in launching and growing consumer technology products, especially in international markets.
  • Skilled in crafting compelling product positioning and messaging that not only resonates with members but also differentiates us from the competition for global product launches.
  • Utilize analytical workflows alongside exceptional reasoning, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with Brand Strategy teams to ensure product development and launches align with Vinted’s brand positioning and strategic objectives.
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills to influence stakeholders at all levels and foster collaboration across various functions.
  • Able to prioritize effectively and manage multiple projects at the same time across different teams.

The salary range for this position is 3,567 - € 4,817 gross per month.
