This role will lead the global product marketing and go-to-market (GTM) strategy for SentinelOne’s Wayfinder Threat Detection & Response (TDR) managed services business, including Wayfinder Threat Hunting, Wayfinder Managed Detection and Response, Wayfinder Incident Readiness & Response, and cyber risk & cyber insurance partnerships. The Senior Product Marketing Manager will drive business growth, own GTM execution, and partner cross-functionally to align messaging, launches, enablement, and demand programs.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute product marketing strategy to drive sustainable, measurable growth for the managed services portfolio (adoption, engagement, retention).
- Act as the business owner for Wayfinder TDR, driving MBRs and cross-functional clarity to inform strategic initiatives.
- Develop, execute, and maintain global GTM strategy for Wayfinder TDR services and cyber insurance portfolio, including GTM motions, sales plays, partner strategies, and customer engagements.
- Own the product launch process and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver messaging, customer-facing content, enablement materials, and GTM strategies.
- Provide cross-functional portfolio leadership and represent the managed security services business in executive forums.
- Create end-to-end messaging and positioning across the TDR portfolio and individual service lines, reflecting customer needs, market dynamics, and product capabilities.
- Produce compelling internal enablement and customer-facing content: L1s/L2s, datasheets, solution decks, white papers, blogs, demos, thought leadership assets, and webpage messaging.
- Own Wayfinder TDR presence at events and conferences.
- Partner with sales, channel, and partner teams to implement value propositions, assets, training, and tools for scalable sales motions.
- Work with customer success and support to drive retention, upsell, and strategic tie-ins across Wayfinder TDR and complementary services.
- Partner with threat intelligence and product leaders to position SentinelOne in managed security services and cyber risk markets.
- Work closely with Analyst Relations to communicate the differentiated value of Wayfinder TDR.
- Maintain expertise on market trends, competitive landscape, and target audiences to inform roadmap and positioning.
- Drive customer and market research and advocate for the customer in product and marketing discussions.
- Some travel may be required.
Requirements
- Demonstrated passion for cybersecurity and high-impact marketing materials and campaigns; strong familiarity with persona-based B2B marketing strategies.
- 5+ years of product marketing experience. Security or insurance industry experience and/or exposure to incident response, intelligence, or insurance solutions preferred but not strictly required if strong messaging/positioning and execution skills can be demonstrated.
- Strong written, verbal, editing, and presentation skills; executive presence and communication ability.
- Highly collaborative; experience working across cross-functional teams and building business partnerships.
- Strong business ownership, ability to set expectations and execute on key deliverables.
- Independent operator with initiative, accountability, and ability to drive measurable results.
- Positive, problem-solving attitude and willingness to engage and innovate.

Compensation & Location
This is a U.S. role. Base Salary Range: $180,000—$220,000 USD. The range may vary based on the candidate's location; if different, that range will be provided during recruiting. SentinelOne participates in the E-Verify Program for all U.S.-based roles.
